We’re thrilled to announce Scott & Katie Ballew of Strey Cellars are expanding business ventures. Thank you for your patience as they renovate, rebrand and sprinkle a little magic on the new Camarillo Barrel Works.

Great wine starts with great fruit. We source premium grapes from respected California vineyards. Our grapes are hand-picked to the specifications of our winemaker Scott Edward. Each of our wines are crafted with care and attention to detail from grape to glass. Our focus is on balance, structure, and honest flavor. No shortcuts, just well-made wine.

Our cocktails pair premium spirits with house-crafted juice blends, quality mixers, and fresh garnishes. We are also building something of our own. Small-batch distilling is underway right here at Camarillo Barrel Works, with plans for vodka, coastal gin, rum, barrel-aged whiskey, and classic corn moonshine. Made with intention. Served without pretense.
